After going to the conference room, personnel from the company's foreign trade department provided a detailed introduction to the company's history, development, qualifications and research and development, products and cases, services and support, etc., enabling Danish customers to quickly have a comprehensive understanding of our company. At the same time, Danish customers also gave a brief explanation of their company's basic situation, product usage areas, and the European market situation, sharing their experience and insights in the local market. Ruitai obtained valuable market information and suggestions, and both parties had a further understanding of their respective product usage and market expansion. They had in-depth exchanges and discussions on product technical details, research and development directions, market applications, and other aspects.
Next, the company leadership led the customer to visit the product production workshop on site, understand the product production process and production standards, and focus on checking the production situation of the 600kW load box that the customer ordered and needed to deliver in the early stage. The 600kW load box adopts a batch delivery production plan, and the load boxes that have entered the delivery stage have been packaged and the rest are also being assembled and tested. Danish customers greatly appreciate the company's product production efficiency. At the same time, it is also proposed to conduct on-site loading tests on the completed 600kW load box to test the long-term loading operation and various performance aspects of the load box. Customers have needs and always respond. In line with the customer-centric business philosophy, the company arranges technical personnel on site to conduct cable testing. By continuously generating electricity through a 1000kW diesel generator, sufficient power is provided to the load box, and the uninterrupted operation of the load box for 8 hours is verified. With the roar of the machine running, the 600kW load box began to load and operate well in all aspects, completing the test perfectly and meeting the customer's expectations.
Both sides had in-depth discussions on the future direction and methods of cooperation, reached multiple cooperation intentions, and held an on-site signing ceremony to deepen subsequent cooperation.
At the same time, in order to meet the customer's travel requirements, Ruitai led the customer to visit Sichuan Anxun Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., Sichuan Hanzhou Electric Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Hengzhong Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. These companies warmly welcomed Danish customers who came from afar. They led the customer to visit the company's production site and had friendly exchanges regarding customer concerns.
