"When a guest comes from a foreign country, I am always happy to hear about it." Since ancient times, Chinese people have been hospitable and enthusiastic. With the expectation and hope of the entire company, Indian customer Shiju Vincent arrived at Deyang Rata Technology Co., Ltd. for a visit on the morning of June 25, 2024. The staff warmly, patiently and meticulously received the customer, Mr. Vincent. This visit was divided into four parts: company introduction, production visit, product testing, and technical exchange.
Through PPT, we introduced the company's basic situation, qualifications and R&D, culture and honors, products and cases, services and support to customers in detail, so that customers can quickly understand Rata.
Then we took the customers to visit the production workshop. We visited the rack production line, the Denmark 600kW load bank production line, and the Finland 5MW load cabinet production line. During the visit, the production workers were quick and efficient, assembling, testing, and packaging the products in an orderly manner. Each production link was closely connected and linked together, forming a fast and efficient production line.
Then, together with the technical staff, we conducted on-site testing on the 100kW resistive load bank that the customer was interested in. The technical staff at the testing site patiently explained the customer's doubts, made detailed records of the technical requirements raised by the customer and the issues that needed to be improved to adapt to the customer's usage habits, and quickly set up a technical team to study and solve them, in order to respond as quickly as possible.
Finally, in response to the customer's need to understand the problem related to unbalanced load, Rata attached great importance to this issue in line with its customer-centric business philosophy, and led the customer and technical personnel in a discussion and exchange. The technical personnel built a model and provided relevant technical parameters for the customer's reference. The two parties reached an agreement after communication and discussion.
The Indian customer visit was successfully concluded. Rata warmly welcomes every customer to visit and communicate with the factory. We will treat every customer's needs attentively and hope to establish a trusting relationship and long-term friendly cooperation with them.
