On March 19, 2025, an important foreign customer went to our factory to conduct a comprehensive acceptance of the customized 3500kW RLC load bank, and carried out live testing and on-site loading operations to test the product performance and actual operating status.
The factory team completed the installation and commissioning of the load bank in advance to ensure that the equipment was in the best state for inspection. The technicians introduced the technical parameters, operation procedures and safety precautions of the load bank to the customer in detail. The customer witnessed the power-on start-up of the load bank on site, and the technicians gradually adjusted the load to simulate the operation under different working conditions. Through precision instrument monitoring, all parameters met the design requirements, demonstrating the stability and accuracy of the load bank.
In the on-site loading link, the customer personally participated to understand how to operate the control and observe the performance of the load bank at different load levels. The technicians answered the customer's questions in real time and gave detailed demonstrations and explanations on the concerns raised by the customer.
After a series of rigorous tests, the 3500kW RLC load bank passed the acceptance smoothly. The customer highly recognized the product performance and gave a positive evaluation of the factory's technical strength and service level. The success of this acceptance not only consolidates the cooperative relationship between the two parties, but also lays a solid foundation for the development of subsequent projects.
