3-Stage Precision Testing: From Components to Certified Load Banks

Meeting your standards in load bank durability, safety, and performance involves strict QC processes listed below. Our compliance with ISO 9001, CE and other standards ensures your load bank bulk orders satisfy your target market's demands.

Incoming Material Inspection

Before any load bank takes shape, we scrutinize every component against global standards:

Global Certification Verification

Resistors, capacitors, and power-grade copper bars undergo incoming inspection against IEC/UL/GB/T benchmarks. We reject 3-5% of parts annually—ensuring only components with proven reliability enter our assembly line.

Critical Parameter Validation

For pre-processed heat sinks, we verify thermal conductivity (≥200W/m·K) and flatness tolerance (≤0.1mm). Even a single out-of-spec heat sink could risk thermal failure under 5,000A loads, so we check every piece.

For you, this means:

Zero Compromise on Safety: No faulty components = No risk of unexpected shutdowns or hazards.

Long-Term Reliability: Components meeting global standards ensure your load bank lasts 20,000+ hours in the field.

Modular Assembly & Testing

In our ISO 14644-1 Class 8 anti-static cleanroom, we build and test modules with great precision:

Anti-Static Assembly Safeguards

Every module is assembled in a static-free environment to protect sensitive electronics. Technicians use ESD-safe tools and wear anti-static gear, eliminating 99% of electrostatic discharge risks.

Torque & Thermal Control

Power-grade copper bars are installed with a strict torque control of 35Nm ± 0.5Nm (verified by digital torque wrenches). We simulate 5,000A load tests at this stage, identifying and resolving thermal hotspots before full assembly.”

For you, this means:

• Precision Performance: Strict torque control ensures stable electrical connections, no voltage drops or contact resistance issues.

• Thermal Safety: Early thermal testing eliminates risks of overheating under heavy loads—protecting your equipment and personnel.

Final Quality Audit

Before shipment, every load bank undergoes a full-scope audit:

The Ground Resistance Test

As one of the final checkpoints in the finished product inspection, the ground resistance test will be conducted before the load bank is packaged and shipped. This is to ensure that there are no issues such as loose ground connections or damaged grounding components during the storage and transportation of the finished product, and to guarantee that the product delivered to customers has good grounding performance and meets safety usage standards.

Finished Product Full-Range Load Testing

Utilizing our high-precision data acquisition systems, we conduct a full range load test on the finished load banks. We verify the load accuracy (±0.5%), voltage regulation, and thermal stability of each gear. The test lasts for 1 - 2 hours to ensure that the load banks can operate stably under various load conditions. You will receive a digital certificate with detailed test data, which proves that your load bank meets our strict internal standards.

For you, this means:

Global Compliance Confidence: Test data aligns with IEC, UL, and regional standards, use your load bank in 36+ countries without hurdles.

Data - Driven Reliability: Keysight-certified results guarantee accuracy in every test, so you trust the data, not just the product.

Drive Brand Awareness with our Enriching Packaging

Rata provides a robust packaging solution that is precisely tailored to meet the requirements of various load banks. Moreover, the adoption of appropriate and high-quality materials ensures that our packaging is both cost-effective and environmentally sustainable.

Cushioning materials: The load bank is wrapped with cushioning materials such as pearl cotton and foam board, especially for the corners and key components, to prevent damage from collision and vibration during transportation.

Moisture-proof materials: Moisture-proof materials: Considering the electronic components inside the load bank, to prevent moisture ingress, we place desiccants within the packaging and encapsulate the entire load bank in moisture-proof plastic bags.

Outer packing box: Choose corrugated cardboard boxes or wooden boxes with high strength as the outer packing to ensure that they can withstand a certain amount of pressure and collision.

Manufacturing Load Banks in Compliance with International Standards

Comprehensive quality management processes enable our load banks to meet the requirements of relevant international standards, such as ISO, CE, they serve as proof of our excellence in service and production.
