Material Selection Specification

The Cabinet
The cabinet is fabricated by splicing specially-customized cold-rolled steel sheets. And indoor and outdoor cabinets can be customized as per requirements.
Resistance Tubes
For the resistance tubes, stainless-steel finned resistors are selected. The temperature drift coefficient is ≤ 2%. The resistance value error of the resistance tubes is ± 3%, and the operating temperature is 1/3 of the designed temperature, ensuring no red - heat phenomenon during long term operation.
Cooling fan
The cooling fan adopts a large-sized axial-flow fan. The designed air volume has a surplus of more than 10% compared to the actually required air volume, guaranteeing the temperature at the air outlet of the load bank.
