High density special alloy air-cooled resistor can be used in new energy vehicles, new energy buses, shore power systems, converter equipment, military industry, aviation, test load fields, etc. it can be matched with DC fan. This product can save more than half of the volume compared with traditional products. Its body is aluminum shell for heat dissipation and can be used in air-cooled environment. The air-cooled resistor has strong corrosion resistance. The shell is made of 6063-t3 aluminum, with anodized surface and optional color. It can also adjust the power demand by increasing or reducing the resistance module.

Ø Small volume and high power
Ø The resistance value of resistor can be adjusted in a wide range: 0 ~ 100 Ω
Ø Small change rate of resistance value in hot state: the resistance piece is made of nichrome material with low temperature coefficient, and the change rate of resistance value in hot state can not be higher than 10%
Ø Good heat dissipation: the resistance matrix is aluminum shell for heat dissipation, which is used in air-cooled environment;
Ø Strong corrosion resistance: the resistance piece is made of nichrome alloy and the shell is made of 6061 aluminum, which has strong corrosion resistance
Ø Module Connection: the power demand can be adjusted by adding or reducing resistance modules
