Mr. MOHD and Mrs.ANISZA came to China on November 18, 2024 to visit Deyang Rata Technology Co., Ltd. for on-site acceptance and visit. All members of Deyang Rata expressed a warm welcome to customers.
Mr. MOHD has ordered a resistive integrated load bank from our company for test testing. The technical expert team designs according to customer needs, and the production department completes production in accordance with relevant process standards. Finally, it will be accepted by the customer on site. The technical staff carried out factory inspection on the basic conditions of the load bank, such as the appearance size, insulation resistance, grounding resistance, withstand voltage, protection function, local control, and resistance loading accuracy, so as to strictly control the quality.
According to the customer's requirements, we ran the load bank on site, and carried out the load test through local control, remote computer control, etc., so that customers can see the use of the load more intuitively.
The on-site acceptance process was successfully completed and fully met the customer's expectations.
