Generator Load Bank Testing Equipment

R2000kW/6kV/50Hz load bank is a generator set test load bank device customized and produced by our company according to customer requirements in April 2024. The rated power is 2000kW, the rated voltage is AC 6kV and the weight is about 6500Kg.The control mode of oad bank includes local manual control and remote computer automatic control.Horizontal air intake and vertical air outlet with air duct.The load bank will be used for oil field generator load test.

2MW Resistive Load Bank Main Features

1) Container type,horizontal air intake and vertical air outlet with duct.

2) Local panel switching control and remote PC control with operation software,support curve,chart table and load data save and printing.

3) Cover and steel mesh for air intake side protection.

4) Tin plated copper bar and terminal for power cables connection from the bottom.

5) High temperature,low air volume,short circut,over current,access control,smoke alarm and emergency stop function supplied.

6) Marine C5 painting level make sure requirement of anti corrosion.

7) 8020 Ni-Cr alloy finned resistor.

8) Axial fans,noise less than 80dB in 3 meters.

Clients came to our factory for acceptance test on Nov.16th,2023,we picked them up from Chengdu Tianfu Airport and arranged food and accomdation for them.Clients operated the load bank by themselves and took pictures and videos for the operation on Nov.17th,2023.
