The Rata Hydro-100L is a 100kW AC liquid-cooled resistive load bank designed for Data Center, providing controlled load testing for three-phase AC power supplies. Its core advantage lies in its innovative liquid cooling system, which enables stable operation at full rated power while minimizing heat dissipation and noise in the test environment, making it ideal for indoor test facilities where traditional air-cooled solutions are impractical.
Product Introduction
Our liquid-cooled load bank successfully passed the factory acceptance test for our Japanese customer. This load bank can be controlled via an HMI panel, connected via RJ45 network cable using our software, or via Wi-Fi. It includes functions for inlet and outlet flow rate, temperature difference (ΔT), pressure difference, and leak detection. Our testing methods include two modes: a power loading mode, which detects temperature rise under fixed flow and pressure conditions.
The second mode allows setting a temperature rise value, enabling the load bank to automatically apply power based on temperature. Furthermore, customers can set upper and lower limits for inlet/outlet temperature/flow/pressure, alarm values, and adjust parameters according to the specific heat capacity of different coolants. More importantly, our liquid-cooled load cells can be paralleled with air-cooled load banks. Our comprehensive liquid-cooled load bank solution can meet the testing needs of most data centers, offering versatility and significantly reducing customer manpower and time costs.
