1, Preparation before installation
1)Confirm the model, specifications, and technical parameters of the load bank to ensure that it matches your application requirements.
2)Choose a suitable installation location that is well ventilated, dry, free of corrosive gases and flammable materials, and has sufficient space for operation and maintenance.
3)Prepare necessary installation tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, cranes (if the load bank is heavy), etc.
4)Check the power supply at the installation site to ensure that the voltage, frequency, and phase sequence meet the requirements of the load bank.
2, Load bank handling and placement
1)If the load bank is heavy, use suitable lifting equipment for handling to avoid personal injury and equipment damage.
2) Place the load bank in the selected position, ensuring it is stable and level.
3, Electrical connections
1)Turn off the power and use a power verification device to confirm that the power has been disconnected.
