In order to enhance the crisis awareness of employees and understand the reasons and methods of change and innovation, Deyang Rata Technology Co., Ltd. organized employees to participate in the course "Enterprise Crisis Awareness and Change and Innovation" of Bosum College on September 18, 2024.
The main teacher of this course is Mr. Wang Ruowen, who has rich practical and theoretical experience. He will lead us to learn and progress, explore the reasons why change and innovation are imperative, understand the transformation and innovative thinking of the new era, clarify the prominent and increasing professional crisis, and work together to demonstrate a sense of ownership. This course lasts for a total of one day.
Teacher Wang used a humorous way to bring us a collision and transformation of ideas, guiding us to think about the importance of innovation to the company and the role of crisis awareness in the company's development.
