Malaysian customers visited and accepted the production progress of 3500kW resistive and capacitive load bank

On February 25, 2025, important customer representatives from Malaysia came to our company to conduct a field inspection of the production progress of3500kW resistive and capacitive load bank and had in-depth exchanges on product characteristics.

Entering the production workshop, our technical staff accompanied the whole process and explained in detail a set of rigorous production processes from strict screening and procurement of raw materials to precise assembly of various components to the completion of finished products. The customer listened carefully, observed the product carefully, and put forward a series of constructive suggestions on the appearance design and internal structure of the load bank, such as the expectation of adding handles to the door, and asked about the material, hoping to extend the service life. The technicians recorded on the spot and promised to make targeted improvements to the subsequent production links based on customer opinions.

Subsequently, in response to customers' concerns about product performance, technical engineers led customers to the software testing area to demonstrate the software testing function of the load bank on site. Through the operation software, the engineer accurately demonstrated the real-time monitoring and control process of various parameters of the load bank, such as voltage, current, power, etc., and also simulated the operating status of the load bank under various complex working conditions. In the fault diagnosis function demonstration session, the software quickly captured and accurately prompted the preset fault points, and its efficiency and accuracy won praise from customers. Customers had an in-depth discussion with engineers on the convenience of the software operation interface.

This visit not only allowed customers to gain an in-depth understanding of the production of the 3500kW load bank, but also built a good communication bridge for both parties.
