400kW Load Test in The Data Center Room

A technology company from Chengdu rented a 400kW load bank from our company to test the load operation of the data center room. The core purpose of this test is to verify the stability and reliability of the room under full load and ensure that the data center can operate safely and efficiently.

During the test preparation stage, we designed a detailed test plan based on industry standards and best practices, including no-load test, half-load test, full-load test and fault test. The selection of test tools has been strictly screened to ensure the accuracy and validity of the test data.

During the implementation process, we first conducted a no-load test to confirm the basic operating status of each system. Subsequently, the load was gradually increased to half load and full load, and the power distribution system, refrigeration system and the carrying capacity of the entire room were comprehensively tested. In the full load test, the room showed good stability, and all performance indicators were in line with expectations.

This 400kW load test was a complete success, and all performance of the room met the design requirements. The company will also further improve the operation and maintenance strategy based on the test results to ensure the long-term stable operation of the data center.
