Customer Requirements

Project Background: This project procures two sets of 4MW container‑type integrated RLC dry‑type loads, to be deployed at an outdoor test site in Weifang, Shandong Province. To address the limitation of conventional loads that cannot simulate leading reactive‑power operating conditions, the equipment integrates resistive, inductive and capacitive load units and supports multiple high‑voltage and low‑voltage input levels. The two sets can operate in parallel. Equipped with a full suite of test functions including steady‑state test, transient step‑on/step‑off load test, harmonic analysis and waveform recording, the loads can interface with an external test‑bench system for comprehensive performance verification of high‑power generator sets.
