RM‑6 is a 6 kW rack‑mount resistive load bank designed for low‑power equipment test scenarios. Adopting a 6U Rack‑Mount form factor, it supports dual‑channel single‑phase AC230 V input with a maximum 3 kW per channel and a total rated power of 6 kW.

    Product Introduction

    The RM‑6 6 kW Rack‑Mount Resistive Load Bank is a compact load‑testing device purpose‑built for testing low‑power AC power‑supply equipment. It features a 6U rack‑mount form factor and supports dual‑channel single‑phase AC230 V input with a total rated power of 6 kW. By combining 0.5 kW, 1 kW and 1.5 kW load units, it achieves fine‑tuned loading in 0.5 kW increments.


    The unit is equipped with four heavy‑duty DC blowers and adopts a side‑airflow design. Together with fin‑type stainless‑steel electric heating tubes, nickel‑chromium resistor cores, thermal‑protection emergency cut‑off and MCB protection, it delivers stable, flexible and safe load‑test support for generators, UPS units, power modules, inverters and other AC power‑supply devices.


    Boasting compact dimensions of 483 × 480 × 267 mm, a lightweight weight of approximately 25 kg and three portable carrying handles, the RM‑6 can be conveniently installed in standard equipment racks, laboratory test benches or on‑site test stations.     How does the unit prevent overheating?
    Overheat protection is realized by forced‑air cooling and thermal‑protection emergency cut‑off. Fans continuously cool the load area. When temperature reaches the protection threshold, the thermal‑protection device cuts off the load circuit. The actual trip temperature and reset mode shall be subject to the final electrical documentation and factory settings.
