The main purpose of this customer's visit was to visit and accept 40 100kW load banks produced by the company, and conduct parallel testing on 5 of the 100kW load banks to gain a deeper understanding of the actual operating conditions of the load bank.
After the foreign customer arrived at the company, he first had a brief meeting in the conference room, and then visited the production workshop of the load bank to understand the entire production process of the load bank from raw material processing to finished product assembly. Subsequently, the 40 100kW load banks were accepted, and the product logo, appearance process and device installation were checked to ensure that each load bank meets high quality standards.
Immediately afterwards, the customer checked the parallel test site of 5 100kW load banks. Before the test, the technicians confirmed the condition of the diesel generator in advance, whether the load bank and the diesel generator were correctly connected, and whether the connection was firm and reliable, etc., to ensure safety and reliability. After starting, the load bank is loaded to test its load-carrying capacity. During the loading process, the load bank is gradually loaded and unloaded to simulate the actual power situation and test the load bank's ability to respond to load changes. The customer also controls the load bank manually and by remote computer control, and the load bank runs smoothly under control. During the test, all performance indicators performed well. Foreign customers and technicians had in-depth exchanges on the test process and results.
