(1) Communication method: intelligent control uses network cable to connect with PC
(2) Loading method: steady-state loading (manual loading, preset loading); transient loading (sudden loading and sudden unloading).
(3) Manual loading: input power and power factor, that is, load according to the specified value.
(4) Preset loading: Enter the relevant parameters of the generator set, you can select preset ratios such as 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% to 110%, and automatically calculate the corresponding power to achieve fast loading.
(5) Parallel test: When multiple loads are connected in parallel, the software can perform parallel test, which can display and record the parameters of each load, as well as display and record the total system parameters after paralleling.
(6) Real-time parameters: During the test, the main parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency and time can be displayed in real time through the software.
(7) Safety monitoring: The load status can be monitored intuitively through the software indicator light, and the reason for the shutdown can be prompted when the abnormal shutdown protection occurs.
(8) Data acquisition interval: the minimum resolution time for steady state data is 1s, and the minimum resolution time for transient data is 40μs.
(9) Comparison of steady-state data: The software automatically lists the maximum and minimum values of voltage and frequency in the fluctuation test, which is convenient for users to compare parameters.
(10) Data storage and query: The test data can be saved in the software, and the historical test data can be quickly queried according to the generator set number.
(11) Graphic display: It can display real-time or historical test data, and support printing as the following curves and graphics:

(13) Data format: charts and curves are output in Word document format, and test reports are automatically generated in Excel table format according to customer information and output in Chinese and English standard test reports (including engine oil pressure and water temperature), and support printing.
2. Generator load bank protection function
(1) Emergency stop: it can be unloaded manually with one key, and cannot be loaded in the locked state of emergency stop;
(2) Overvoltage protection: when the load input voltage exceeds the safety threshold, it will automatically unload and alarm;
(3) Short-circuit protection: The load circuit is equipped with a fuse, which can avoid damage to the equipment when the load is short-circuited or the current is too large;
(4) Temperature protection: when the load temperature exceeds the safety threshold, it will automatically unload and alarm;
(5) Fan interlock protection: the load cannot be loaded before the fan power switch is turned on;
(6) Fan air volume protection: when the air volume of any fan is insufficient, it will automatically unload and alarm;
(7) Fan phase sequence automatic conversion protection: when the control power line is not connected in the correct phase sequence, the three-phase fan can also run in the normal direction;
(8) Chassis grounding protection: In order to prevent the chassis from being electrified and risking electric shock when the load is working, the load cabinet is provided with a special grounding protection terminal.
