2. Load bank production quality management
In the process of system design, production and inspection, the seller takes the following measures to ensure that the quality of the system is qualified and can meet the needs of users:
(1) The design and production of the system are completely based on the formal technical agreement agreed upon by both parties.
(2) Before production, provide the user with the outline drawing of the equipment, and only after confirmation and consent can the production be based on the drawing.
(3) In the production process, a special inspection department conducts strict quality inspection on the raw materials used in the system.
(4) In the process of component processing, assembly and debugging, the whole process of quality tracking is carried out, and product files are established.
(5) Ensure that all accessories are advanced, new, complete and reasonable in combination and arrangement, and comply with relevant national standards. The interior of the equipment is clean, the wiring is neat, all wiring conforms to the drawings, and the interfaces and switches are correctly and clearly marked.
(6) In strict accordance with the requirements of drawings and relevant standards and specifications, the function and parameters of the system are checked to ensure that the final product can achieve all the content agreed in the technical agreement.
3. Load bank factory acceptance
Both parties can accept the system through actual operation. After the production of the system is completed, the user shall be notified 3 days in advance to carry out the performance test before leaving the factory, and the factory shall not leave the factory until the acceptance is passed. Observe the following when accepting:
(1) The factory acceptance test shall be carried out in accordance with the technical agreement and the acceptance program agreed by both parties.
(2) The seller appoints technical backbones to provide technical services and training.
(3) When using the system for the first time, provide comprehensive guidance to the technical personnel involved in the user acceptance and teach the use method.
(4) Instruct users to install and debug according to technical data and drawings.
(5) The seller is responsible for solving the problems in production.
(6) The factory acceptance test is only a functional test, and the load test is the final acceptance item, which is carried out during the user's formal load test.
4. On-site acceptance of load bank
After the system leaves the factory, the seller will send personnel to the site to conduct a complete test and acceptance of functions and loads, including the following:
(1) The seller is responsible for the transportation of the system and ensures that all parts of the system arrive at the place designated by the user before the agreed date.
(2) The seller is responsible for the on-site installation and commissioning of the system. The on-site acceptance test shall be carried out in accordance with the technical agreement and the acceptance program agreed by both parties (the test unit and fuel oil shall be provided by the user), and shall be delivered to the user before the agreed date.
(3) The seller provides relevant training for the user's technical personnel to meet the daily work and maintenance needs of the system.
(4) During the training period, the seller assigns experienced technical personnel as guidance, and formulates a detailed training syllabus with theoretical and practical content (providing training courses and materials in electronic files).
(5) Ensure that the trained personnel understand the working principle, operation method, precautions, coping methods and daily maintenance methods of the system under various abnormal conditions.
5. Rata load bank after-sales service
The seller promises to provide lifetime technical services, including the following:
(1) The quality assurance period of the system shall be calculated from the date of acceptance of the system, for a period of 5 years.
(2) If the system has any quality problems during the warranty period, the seller will provide free maintenance.
(3) After the user encounters a problem, it is guaranteed to reply within 2 hours.
(4) If it is necessary to dispatch technical personnel to the scene to solve the problem, the seller shall ensure that they arrive at the scene within 24 hours, and the service personnel will not evacuate until the problem is solved.
