- Electrical: AC 11 kV rated, connected with tin‑plated copper bus; control power AC 380 V, 3-phase 4-wire. Frequency 50/60 Hz.
- Loading and control: 100 kW resolution load steps (100k + 200k + 200k + 500k + 4×1000k), loading accuracy ≤ 3%, 3‑phase unbalance ≤ 3%. Local panel or remote PC operation via Modbus TCP / PLC; data save and print capability.
- Resistors & cooling: 8020 Ni‑Cr alloy finned resistors, forced-air cooling with axial fans (noise < 80 dB at 3 m), horizontal intake and vertical outlet.
- Protection & instrumentation: protections for over‑temperature, low air volume, phase sequence, short circuit, fan interlock, access control, temp/humidity control and emergency stop. Digital meters for voltage, current, power, power factor and frequency.
- Mechanical/environmental: Q235 steel powder-coated enclosure (RAL 7035), lift lugs, dimensions 12,000 × 2,530 × 2,600 mm, weight ~18,000 kg; ambient –20 °C to 50 °C, humidity up to 100%, altitude up to 2,500 m. Parallel expansion of multiple load banks supported.
