Product Features

- High-voltage design using 11 kV contactors, connected with tin-plated copper busbar; control power AC 380 V, 3-phase, 4-wire.

- Loading accuracy ≤ 3% and 3-phase unbalance ≤ 3%; frequency 50/60 Hz; continuous duty.

- Fine load-step resolution (100 kW increments) with a defined step set (100 + 200 + 200 + 500 + 1000 + 1000 + 1000 + 1000 kW) and support for parallel expansion of multiple units.

- Cooling and enclosure: forced-air cooling with horizontal intake and vertical outlet via air ducts (waterproof and animal-proof), axial fans (noise < 80 dB at 3 m), Q235 steel powder-coated enclosure, lift lugs for movement.

- Resistors: 8020 Ni-Cr alloy finned elements. Digital metering of voltage, current, power, power factor and frequency. Remote (Modbus TCP / PLC) and local control modes, with data save/print capability.

- Protections: high temperature, low air volume, phase sequence, short circuit, fan interlock, access control, temperature & humidity control, emergency stop. Meets international, ship, military and telecommunication standards.
