Product Advantages
- Rated power: 150 kW; standard supply: TN-C, 380V/50Hz. Modular load steps configurable to customer needs with a minimum step of 1 kW. Copper bar load connection; each resistance element meets insulation and withstand voltage specs (DC 1000V/100MΩ+, AC 2000V/5min) and resistance tolerance ±3%. Loading accuracy ≤3%, three-phase unbalance ≤3%. Control modes: local manual, local automatic or remote automatic. Protection functions include short circuit, overcurrent, high temperature and fan-fault protection. Forced air cooling (side or top outlet). Insulation class F. Display and sampling accuracies support precise electrical parameter readout (three-phase voltage, current, frequency, power, etc.); display accuracy 0.5, sampling accuracy 0.2. Environmental range: -20°C to 50°C, humidity up to 100%, altitude up to 2500 m, pressure 86–106 kPa.
Application Scenarios
- Product value
- Provides repeatable, accurate verification of UPS and generator output and load capability, supports project acceptance testing, and enables proactive equipment management by recording full-test data and producing automatic test reports—helping ensure systems meet design requirements and simplifying maintenance records.
- Product advantages
- High measurement and load control accuracy with tight three-phase balance and fine minimum step (1 kW). Robust safety and protection features for reliable continuous operation. Expandable via parallel load containers for larger test requirements. Built for transport (lifting holes, protective measures) and can meet international, ship, military and telecommunication standards. Backed by Rata’s aesthetic industrial design, quality manufacturing and service focus.
- Application scenarios
- Testing and commissioning of UPS systems and generator sets; project acceptance of newly installed UPS and batteries to verify design compliance; routine maintenance and periodic inspection of UPS and standby power systems; industrial, telecom, marine and military environments where certified load testing and reporting are required.
