Product Overview
- The Rata Load Bank (model RT625kVALB) is an indoor resistive–inductive load bank rated at 500 kW active and 375 kVAr reactive (example shown at 400 V / 50 Hz). It is a continuous-duty, three-phase, four-wire tester built for robust on-site and workshop use, designed and manufactured by Deyang Rata Technology Co., Ltd. Voltages, frequency (50/60 Hz) and configurations can be customized to meet project needs.
Product Features
- Dual-mode resistive and inductive loading with fine resolution (1 kW / 1 kVAr steps) and multi-step bank topology for flexible, accurate load profiles.
- Local panel control plus remote operation via Modbus TCP / PLC and PC software with data saving and printing.
- Forced-air cooling (axial fans), Q235 steel powder-coated enclosure, lift lugs and forklift holes for handling.
- Built-in digital metering (voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency), protections (overtemperature, low air volume, phase sequence, short circuit, fan interlock, emergency stop), and parallel expansion capability for larger test requirements.
- Designed to international/ship/military/telecom standards; tolerates -20°C to 50°C, up to 100% humidity and altitudes to 2500 m.
Product Value
- Provides accurate, repeatable simulation of resistive and reactive loads to validate generator performance, power-factor behavior and system stability, reducing commissioning and maintenance risk.
- Data-logging and remote control improve test repeatability and reporting, enabling faster diagnostics and regulatory/compliance documentation.
- Continuous-duty design and modular expansion lower lifecycle costs by supporting extended and scalable testing across multiple assets and environments.
Product Advantages
- High-quality materials and factory testing ensure reliability and long service life.
- Precise load control (≤3% loading accuracy, ≤3% 3-phase balance) and combined resistive/inductive capability let you replicate real-world loading and power-factor conditions.
- Flexible customization (voltages, steps, control interfaces), robust protections and meeting of multiple industry standards make it suitable for demanding marine, industrial and military applications.
- Practical handling features and relatively low operating noise (
Application Scenarios
- Shipyard and marine generator commissioning and routine load tests, ship shore-power inspections and turbine generator checks.
- Aviation ground power system testing and performance verification.
- UPS, data center and emergency power system acceptance testing and maintenance.
- Mobile/emergency power-vehicle inspections, telecom and military power-system validation, and industrial generator commissioning and troubleshooting.
