Product Overview
1) Product overview
Product Features
Rata’s three-phase load bank is a configurable AC test system that combines resistive, inductive and capacitive loads with independent control for each phase. It can simulate arbitrary load profiles, accurately tune AC resonance points (even under unbalanced voltages) and is offered in low- and medium-voltage models spanning roughly 100 kW to multi-megawatt capacities. Units are designed for continuous operation, forced-air cooling, parallel expansion and come with transport-friendly lifting holes and rollers. Products are customizable to customer requirements.

Product Advantages
- RLC (resistive/inductive/capacitive) combination with independent three-phase power control and sectional/step control.
Application Scenarios
- Precise resonance simulation (Q ≈ 1) and fast phase-by-phase resonance debugging under unbalanced conditions.
- Minimum step 1 kW, loading accuracy ≤ 3%, three-phase unbalance ≤ 3%.
- Multiple control modes: local manual, local automatic or remote automatic.
- Protections: short-circuit, overcurrent, high-temperature and fan-fault protection.
- Measurement/display of three-phase voltage, current, frequency and power; display accuracy 0.5, sampling accuracy 0.2.
- Parallel expansion capability and compliance with international/ship/military/telecom standards.
3) Product value
The Rata load bank enables reliable full-load testing, commissioning and verification of power equipment—particularly grid-connected and photovoltaic inverters—by accurately simulating real operating conditions and AC resonance. It helps validate anti-islanding protection, working efficiency and power-supply performance, reduces commissioning and R&D time, and lowers equipment and testing costs through customization and scalable configurations. Its transportable design and broad power range make it suitable for on-site testing and factory QA.
4) Product advantages
- Built with premium materials and developed using advanced technology; compliant with high quality standards.
- Wide model range and customization (sizes, steps, protection features, cooling outlets, color).
- Proven manufacturer background (est. 2013), R&D capability, patents and software copyrights, and partnerships with well-known brands.
- Strong after-sales service, export experience and practical packaging for long-distance transport.
- Competitive/economical pricing combined with robust technical performance and standards compliance.
5) Application scenarios
Suitable for production workshops, laboratories, installation and commissioning sites, and R&D centers. Typical use cases include testing and commissioning in shipyards, power plants, generator manufacturers, load leasing companies, photovoltaic/grid-tied inverter testing (including anti-islanding checks), telecom/military/shipboard systems and any situation requiring scalable, accurate AC load simulation.
