Next, we led the customer to visit the company's product production workshop. Understand every production link from raw material processing to finished product assembly, and understand our production process, process standards and strict quality control measures. At the same time, we conducted on-site tests on 200kW load banks according to customer requirements, and intuitively showed customers the operation and performance of the load banks. As a new series of products from Rata, loads have performed very well in terms of design, appearance, quality and performance, with quick response and convenient operation. Technical engineers and structural engineers accompanied them to answer customers' detailed technical questions about the products in a timely manner.
This visit by Malaysian customers not only deepened the communication and exchanges between us and our customers, but also laid a solid foundation for us to further expand overseas markets and deepen cooperation with customers in Southeast Asia.
