A customer from Honduras ordered four 100kW pure resistive load banks from our company, 3 of which are used outdoors and 1 for indoor use. The outdoor load bank is designed with a rain cover to cope with frequent outdoor weather conditions. The load bank uses manual panel control and remote computer control, 8020 nickel-chromium alloy resistors, and the air inlet and outlet mode is horizontal.The load bank is equipped with universal casters for easy movement.Protection functions include high temperature alarm, low air volume alarm, emergency stop, etc.
Factory testing is mainly to ensure that the quality and performance of the load bank meet the design specifications before it is delivered to the customer, and can reliably meet the user's testing needs. Engineers will test static parameters , including voltage range, maximum current capacity, maximum power capacity , resistance value , etc. , and also test the accuracy of these parameters under different load conditions . At the same time, the test parameters also include stability, response speed, protection function, communication interface, etc. Only after the test is passed can it enter the subsequent packaging and transportation stage and be delivered to the customer.
