(1) Circuit breaker:
In case of undervoltage, voltage loss, overload, short circuit and other faults during the operation of the load bank, the circuit breaker will automatically disconnect to protect the load.
In the rack type load, the circuit breaker is often used as the switch to perform load gear switching.
(2) Contactor:
The role of the contactor in the load bank is mainly to control the load system with large current through small current, to facilitate remote control of the load, and to prevent accidents caused by misoperation by self-locking and interlocking. Because of the small current control, the protection circuit becomes simple and reliable.
(3) Fuse:
Commonly known as fuse, it is often used for short circuit protection. The main function is: in case of circuit failure or abnormality, the line temperature rises rapidly due to the sharp increase of current in the line. At this time, the fuse will fuse itself under high temperature, so as to cut off the current to ensure circuit safety and avoid major safety accidents such as burning the circuit, burning the components or causing fire or even personal injury.
(4) Transformer:
Transformer is divided into current transformer and voltage transformer, which have different application scenarios. The function of the transformer is to convert high voltage to low voltage and large current to small current for measurement and protection of the system. The function of transformer is to proportionally convert large current or high voltage into standard low voltage (100V) or standard small current (5A or 1A, here refers to rated value), so as to realize standardization and miniaturization of measuring instruments, protection equipment and automatic control equipment. In addition, the transformer has the function of isolating the high-voltage system to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
(5) Transformer:
The main function of the transformer is to raise and lower the voltage. The working principle of the transformer is to reduce the voltage to the required range through the electromagnetic mutual inductance principle of the main and auxiliary coils. In the process of long-distance voltage transmission, the voltage is increased to the required range to reduce the voltage loss, usually to thousands of volts or even tens of kilovolts.
(6) Reactor: inductive load, generally connected to the system in parallel with resistor, hinders the passing of alternating current, and the current lags behind the voltage.
(7) Resistor:
Through the connection between the dummy load and the power output product, the resistor simulates the real electrical facilities, that is, the load consumed by the resistor simulates the real electrical load and consumes the real power consumption output by the power product.
(8) Copper bar:
The copper bar has excellent conductivity and is commonly used as the primary line connection busbar of load equipment, and the phase line, zero line and ground wire of large current all use the copper bar. The copper bar is used because it has excellent conductivity. When the current passes through the copper bar, its loss is almost negligible. The screws at the connection must be tightened, otherwise the conductivity of the copper bar will be seriously affected, and the resistance of current passing will be increased. When the current is high, the copper bar may be fused and dangerous.
(9) Terminal blocks:
Terminal blocks are usually used for load terminals with small current, and are also used as external terminals for control power supply of load cabinet.
(10) Remote console:
The remote console is designed and produced according to customer requirements. Its control mode usually includes PC control and panel button control, and is integrated with power socket and communication interface.
(11) Handheld remote control terminal:
The small and portable hand-held remote control terminal controls the load bank through the upper computer software embedded in the touch screen. The main switch button of the load is integrated under the panel. Its function and communication mode are similar to that of the remote console.
